We will supply a QRCode image that can be placed on any of your printed materials or inserted on any digital message or invitation. Users will simply scan the code with their mobile device and be directed to the portal. An unlisted URL will also be supplied for PC users. The portal can be password protected.

Pricing starts at $3500 per event for unlimited users. Client is responsible for supplying all content. We will brand the site and upload all the content.

Add “Ask-a-Question” feature to any web page

TheWorksYap allows you to embed a question form into any web page. The forms’ color scheme can be customized and the “Name” and “email” address can be required or not. The submitted questions can be moderated from the dashboard. The submitted questions can also be sent via email to any specified end-user or event host.

LIVE Streaming for Weddings and Special Events

Livestream and Encoding with Studio

One of our pharma clients is conducting frequent training sessions to a nationwide audience. Since the event locations will vary from coast-to-coast, to support these events – we decided to use Livestream and their Studio software.

Livestream Studio is a live production switcher that incorporates many elements of a professional live multi-camera production into one desktop software. Think of it as a live production truck or a TV station’s master control room in your computer.

We work with each remote location to ensure all the technical requirements are met. Downloading the TrueConf. client application is free and available for any platform (mobile app/Windows/Mac) and easy to install.
