TheWorksAdvantage is a meeting portal that can be branded with your color scheme and graphics and be ready for your content in less than a week.
The registration page can be customized with adding additional survey questions. Presenters can register and have access to their own dashboard for creating and managing their activity pages.
The Lobby can be used to promote the meeting or event. Use a variety of built-in animated objects to highlight key information, schedules, activities, speakers, topics, sponsors and news.
Sessions is where your attendees can search and view your events and activities by category, topic, presenter, title or by a session ID.
Activities are template designed layouts to hold your presentation content. As a presenter with access to your dashboard, you can quickly create activity pages that include:

Our Video Chat feature will give a presenter the tools to broadcast their presentation or panel discussion right from their dashboard. This live broadcast will be embedded into their activity page for an easy and cost effective solution to using another application or expensive streaming option. This feature will support up to 12 total video chat guests to join the broadcast session. Guests can take turns sharing their screen content. Once the live broadcast is completed – the video recording can be embedded for on-demand viewing.
