I got an obstructed view ticket which allowed me to sit in the 3rd row towards the far left of the theatre and it was money well spent. The ushers are very friendly and helpful. The Mezzanine level is located two flights up (38 steps) and the entrance to this section is behind row L. Seats in the last row of Mezzanine level offer a good view of the stage and are cheaper than the other seats in the house.
