The Swedish Curling Federation, however, subsequently chose the team skipped by Oskar Eriksson, with future Team Edin members Christoffer Sundgren and Kristian Lindstrm, to represent Sweden at 2014 World Men's Curling Championship, after Team Eriksson had a successful and competitive year of their own on tour, securing a silver World Championship medal.
