SafeLink Unlimited Plans may only be used for the following purposes, without excessively contributing to network congestion: (a) person to person voice calls, (b) text and picture messaging, (c) web browsing, email, ordinary content downloads and uploads, and video, game and audio streaming, and (d) Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). If in connection with your SafeLink Products or Services, you provide us with a telephone number(s) for which you are not the subscriber, you understand that you will indemnify and hold harmless the SafeLink Indemnified Parties for any Costs incurred as a result of us attempting to contact you at the number(s). (c) The device has not been reported stolen or lost, and there are not indicators of fraud. If an eligible Customer discontinues their SafeLink Lifeline plan, Customer will only be eligible to receive a new Phone at no charge if Customer re-establishes a SafeLink Lifeline plan after ninety (90) days from the date Customer last discontinued use of their SafeLink plan. If your ACP plan includes any unlimited service, we reserve the right to review your account for usage in violation of the SafeLink Terms and Conditions. If you fail to complete your annual verification by your service anniversary date, you will be de-enrolled from the SafeLink Program. The limited warranty for any applicable Product begins on the date of your purchase and is only applicable for defects in material and workmanship that result in Product failure during normal usage. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent end-user.
